Back/Kidney Pain? -Sarah

Yes Sarah,

Activity is good though it may not decrease your symptoms

and may in fact spread them but this is not a bad thing! Are you

practicing " all " of the safeties?

 

Yes with the yoga but most important is to be balanced in the yoga

with both sides of the body. No caffeine, or processed sugars or

processed flours or high fructose corn syrups. Natural fruit juices

and veggie juices are fine as well as clean drinking water.

 

Do get some watermelon!

 

Please go into a very sacred and holy space as much as you can

during your days and nights and discover the witness within. Observe

how you respond and react to those around you inside of the various

stimuli of your life interactions.

 

See where you can improve and then make those improvements.

 

Bare feet on bare earth as much as you can and meditation outside in

the daylight or moonlight as you feel drawn. No tight or overly

restrictive clothing especially those that encircle the body or

specific body parts.

 

Eyes up and fingers locked. Tongue up and chin slightly down (when

meditating).

 

Shakti prayer if it suits your belief system or another one that

allows your highest potentials to be expressed. You may start having

phenomena Sarah. Don't let this worry you. It is natural and nothing

is wrong. But it is very different that the normal phenomena we as

humans are used to experiencing.

 

Watch for the adrenals to start hyper expressing. This can make a

person a bit jittery and easily prone to fear. Also the kidneys mak

feel as if they are expanding (they are) and you may feel them

protrudung from your body but not so much so that people comment but

enough for you to certainly feel it.

 

The lower back discomfort will be there for a time and as your

Kundalini expresses this will release in its pressures upon you.

 

So no worries! Your doing fine. Merely some guidelines. I feel you

are in a good space for this Sarah. -

Hi Sarah,

 

I also have these symptoms and have done since a child. The advice

Chrism gave me is similar to the advice he has given you. There is

nothing to worry about. I have found that drinking lots of water and

keeping off spicy food helps. You have to find what suits your body

and go with it. But dont worry, all is well.
