Guest guest
As I have come to experience it early in the first five years it was a movement in a circular vortex kind of expression whether sitting or walking. The head will bob and the energy will climb. Almost like a soft kriya that allows you to walk but doesnt go away and rather mixes into the walk. -chrism
Guest guest
Oh wow, I've felt this very subtly. I sat on a chair and became still internally. I relaxed my body and let go of trying to control it. I found it slowly twisting clockwise in a circular pattern and gaining momentum. Didn't know it was pertaining to kundalini and a kriya (don't know what it is yet, haven't gotten that far on the website). I'll have to see if it happens again. craig , " chrism " <> wrote: > > As I have come to experience it early in the first five years it was a > movement in a circular vortex kind of expression whether sitting or > walking. Guest guest
I've searched all over the net, but it seems that the snake dance is pretty rare among K awakenings. All I can find are videos of kriyas that look like muscle spasms. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > As I have come to experience it early in the first five years it was a > movement in a circular vortex kind of expression whether sitting or > walking. If I relaxed (while standing) it was like I was wearing magnetic boots that clamped my feet into the correct position, my stance widened, my head tilted back and spiraled in unison with my shoulders and hips, my hands raised to shoulder height to the sides and also spiraled. I lost control of my breathing, the rotation of my upper chest seemed to be what was drawing in and expelling my breath, it also made a loud breathy sound as it did so. I could feel either side of my spine spiraling around each other, it was like my entire body was contained within that movement, as though I was experiencing my spine as one single point rather than it's usual shape (like looking at a tube or stick from the side, then turning it so it's just a point, like a telescope.) I only ever dared to allow this to go on for three or four seconds, because the speed of the spiraling increased exponentially every second, and the faster it got the more energy flooded up my spine from my base chakra. If I dared to allow it to happen long enough, I would loose my balance and be thrown in some random direction, like trying to stand still in a tornado. I think if I was in better physical condition I would have been able to hold my body more stable (I'm a physically weak person). I usually held it going at a slow steady pace. The snake dance was an incredible experience, I'd like to see it from the outside is all I wonder, among K awakenings how rare/common is this experience? Thanks Cal

Guest guest
This girl must be very double joint. I've never seen anyone be able to move their body this way. It's really amazing. Guest guest
Nice video Dhyana. She is indeed dancing like a snake! An intentional dance. In the context of the Kundalini " it " dances like a snake inside you and through you and there is no real choice in the matter as you bob and slide your way to the grocery store! - lol! - chrism
Guest guest
I'll look forward to it! I sent that post quite a while ago and thought it had gotten lost somewhere. Shows they turn up soon or later, lol! Love. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Nice video Dhyana. She is indeed dancing like a snake! An intentional > dance.
