Continue with the Mari & uana abstinence. Do not hold yourself higher than others or lower regardless of the circumstances. Everyone has the choice to make positive or negative decisions regardless of social status. You can begin by forgiving people if they make you angry and then have a look at yourself as to why you are having that response and forgive youyrself then learn how you may mirror the actions or attributes in others that irritate you. Steer clear of any drug or any form of self aggrandizement. Are you still going to have your therapist do this too you? This in and of itself will begin the awakening process by conditioning your expressions towards a frequency of response that will resonate with an activation of the Kundalini. Do not be in a hurry which is to say do not try to rush this process.
