Guest guest
Hi everyone and many blessing to you all. So many of you have wrote me off list asking why our group description page is different from actual web pages. I hope I can explain this so we all can understand it better. at one time was more like MSN and MYSPACE…we could add almost anything we wanted through html format codes to beautify our beloved group entry page. A few years ago 1 ½ years ago really did a BAD thing and stripped us all of being able to have this privilege but limited us to 2000 character space and very little html coding allowed. We did not have much to work with. Many gave up their groups and went to myspace or something else like msn. Many like us have so much invested we could not abandon our group. I teach html coding for …ians are known to strip out any unwanted html coding, some codes work some do not. Our html group went on a rampage to find all of the short cuts or what’s better known as a work around solution. We we’re able to figure out so many new ways to make our pages look wonderful like our KAS-1 Page. It did not just manifest it’s self. It took work lots of work and creative THINKING. What appears one way in does not appear the same way in web pages. It’s all distorted in web pages. Creating the illusion that you did something wrong in coding and in reality you did not. I have 3 group pages…one for my own test projects. One for crating the KAS-1 site test page..where I can make lots of error and mistakes prior to posting to group page. And a 3rd group page for and new student who my join. The list of bad changes made is too long to list here but take my word for it, it became a real mess and one of Yahell’s biggest mistakes all in the name of SECURITY. I enjoy creating pages in my spare time, when I am not studying for online paralegal or online medical coding. I hope this help some of you to understand. Enjoy your KAS-1 group page because without this, we would just be black and white text…boring and mundane. Denny
Guest guest
My thanks to you Denny for your efforts and to Glen for his efforts in the creation and maintenance of the beautiful signposts you have both created for those who are walking a path in life they may not have any reference for. Your beautiful sites on and on the web are as beacons for family members to come and hopefully make some new friends and perhaps a little sense about what ius occurring within. A safe haven. - blessings and gratitude to you both! - chrism
