Guest guest
Chakra Breathing Place your attention and your awareness at the level of the chakra you wish to breathe into. 5tth chakra on down respond best with this technique as the 6th and 7th can give you a severe headache. Start from the base of the spine and work up to the fifth. As you place your attention on the chakra, breathe through your nose and feel the air as it enters your lungs in the back of your throat. Feel the air and its cool passage from your nose to your lungs. Now transfer the sensation from your nose and sinus membranes to the area of the chakra with every inhalation and exhalation. As you do this you will feel the passage of air in your sinus areas and an energetic flow in the heart chakra for example. It can help to touch the area and get a tactile location for the focus. You are breathing Prana into the chakras. Energizing them. This is an everyday practice, once a day should suffice and then only if your intuition tells you to do so. Remember to differentiate your intuition from your impatience. It is typically best to start with the first chakra then proceed to the next one in a bottom to top fashion. If you're Kidneys begin to feel hot or are expanding or sore " stop immediately " and go drink some water and eat nsome watermelon. ***Do not do this technique if you are feeling pain or other symptoms of chakra activation. Extreme desire for sex as associated with second chakra activation or extreme and constant emotional outbreaks (different from Bliss) as associated with fourth chakra activation and so on. Check the qualities of activation section in this manual for comparisons. - chrism
Guest guest
Are there any other everyday practices that I have overlooked? I practice the safeties formally twice a day, and practice them when I remember throughout the day. Guest guest
Inner Joy? Forgiveness? Meditation? Prayers? Service for others? Good going Craig! These are just some thoughts. - blessings- chrism , " kundaflame " <kundaflame wrote: I practice the safeties formally twice a day, and practice them when I remember throughout the day. >
Guest guest
well I guess the key word is practicing them when I remember, it's easier to do them in a formal format (I don't get too much opportunity with service for others but when opportunities present themselves I try to give) but remembering throughout the day is a different story.
