Guest guest Posted October 27, 2008 Report Share Posted October 27, 2008 Why is it that when i meditate and practice with eyes at my brow point it is much harder for me to stay present? i seem to lose myself in thought, thoughts come in like a waterfall. when my eyes tire of being held in the up position and i relax them, i no longer identify with thought and am able to be aware of the gaps between thoughts and it takes no time for those gaps to lengthen.
