Guest guest
Remember the eyes are " Up " and slightly " In " . Like the two physical eyes are the base of a triangle and the upper eye is the top. As the thoughts come to you like a waterfall treat them as you would the many droplets and splashes and froth that a waterfall demonstrates as it cascades down the cliffs and canyons of your mind. No need to linger and no need to rush. Say to yourself this mantra: I am at one with the all that I am at one with the all that I am at one with the all that I am at one with the all..... " and so forth. Say it on the intake of breath and on the hold of the breath and on the exhalation of the breath. Triangular breathing with the mantra. This mantra is intended to be interconnected to the finite and connected to infinity at the same time as it is never finished and yet it is. Just like a person. See how this works for you Craig. - , " kundaflame " <kundaflame wrote: >it is much harder for me to stay present?

It feels much better the latter way. Makes my head floaty too.
