Guest guest
Hi, Last night as I was laying in bed I started feeling pressure in my lower back, not subtle but not painful. Over the span of probably 10 minutes (I fell asleep quickly) it pulsed up my lower back in three locations that I could feel. In sequence they pulsed up my back. Sometimes soft, sometimes not so soft, but never really strong. All still low on my back, didn't travel up very high. This was a very interesting event, I was really excited, but tried to play it cool, lol, I immediately went into finger lock, toungue up, eyes up... and surrendered to the sensations. I don't know it could have coincidentally been back spasms, but in sequence like that, in pattern over that time period. It was very interesting. Has anyone else had a similar experience in their lower back? Love, Bill

Guest guest
I can relate, I am having a lot of constant pressure in my lower back. When I was meditating the other day the energy got as high as my heart for the first time. It was amazing, except for both my feet got huge cramps. I tensed at the pain because it was unexpected and the energy retreated. :/ So much for being cool lol , Bill <astronutski wrote: > > Hi, > Last night as I was laying in bed I started feeling pressure in my lower back, not subtle but not painful. Guest guest
That is the way these pulses began with me at the end of last year. For several months now I have been getting similar pulse sensations all over my body, some strong and some subtle, but never painful. In my arms, legs, front and back and in the third eye area. One day recently they were even in my upper lip. I like having them happen, just same as the senstaion of heat. At first they only happened when I either sat down for a little to relax or when I went to bed, now they happen any time. It they are just muscle spasms my body must need some mineral really big time. I have experienced having muscle spasm all over my body for a period of time. It was when I was doing too much exercise everyday and going into the sauna too often, it depleted my body of minerals. They were painful spasm.
