Guest guest
I'm only 19, and my Kundalini has forced me to drop out of High School, drop out of college, run away from my family and become homeless, and many other things. Right now I'm in Lake Tahoe living with some people who let me stay at their house, but I am leaving soon for San Francisco. I have many, many other topics to discuss, but right now I am only concerned with my financial situation. How am I supposed to make money? Nobody wants to hire me because of how my Kundalini makes me behave sometimes. Even if I managed to aquire a job, I wouldn't be able to keep it for a while. This is not fair at all! I'm a person who needs money way more than some spoiled rich kid with connections! I need a place to live by myself (for yoga, meditation, and psychedelic meditation/yoga). I need money for food, transportation, and a little for entertainment (nobody needs to be bored), and psychedelics. Is there any help for me? How can I make money? I've been thinking that I might go to the psych ward and see If they can help me out with housing, job training, medical, etc. Any thoughts on or experience with this? Guest guest
Hello Sal, Some of the questions I hear you asking to have addressed based on your posts are How can I become less disenfranchised in terms of physical stability i.e. finances, shelter, etc. Perhaps just the bare necessities are all you feel you need to get by. I also noticed that you are feeling that the kundalini is and will be a hindrance to you successfully earning gainful employment in some capacity. You are saying that it is effecting your behavior, and this might make you more unacceptable to a potential employer than you already are given your specific world view and external appearance. Is this correct? Then I read Chrism's response to you suggesting that you not continue to mix psychedelics with your spiritual practice any longer as this might further complicate things for you if you are in fact active with the kundalini. I am also hearing from your posts that you want to speed up your process with the kundalini and basically get it over with and that you want to get the hell out of this body that is imprisoning you in this insane place we call the planet earth. Preferably you would like to accomplish this as fast as possible and without any work. You are also saying that you want to continue expanding forever. Now there I am definitely paraphrasing, but these are definitely some points you touched upon. You also continually are making mention of relieving bodily tensions. How are you meaning this? Are you in pain? Are you speaking of tensions of the body in terms of stress, anxiety, spasms, stagnation? I'm asking you these questions because I myself have dealt with some of the very same issues you are wanting addressed and my practice used to also consist of utilizing psychedelics as a " tool " on my spiritual path. Many others who are here also have gone down that road and are actually quite educated concerning that subject matter both objectively and experientially for better and worse. No one is making judgments against you for choosing to use these substances, but many here have gone ahead of you and know things that may not be understandable to you from your current vantage point, particularly in the context of the kundalini, things that would be impossible for you to know at this point based on any amount of " research " . If you are in fact kundalini active at this time, you are incredibly blessed and should begin to view kundalini through a lens of gratitude rather than impatience. Viewing the kundalini as a burden to get over with is very misguided and will most likely cause more and more problems. This I absolutely know from experience. We all work together here to help each other on this path and if that is what you are making your self available to, then there is wealth of information and support to help you on your journey. You will however, have to begin to entertain the fact that you might actually not know anything. We all have to at some point. From this platform of openness, you can begin to learn to consciously navigate and surrender to your process of never ending expansion. Part of your learning will inevitably entail the balancing needed for you to address some of the concerns you are espousing here. I have struggled personally with nearly all of the issues that are frustrating you and was in a severe downward spiral until I arrived here and began to partake of the blessing of Chrism's teachings and those of the group. I sincerely hope you will begin to do the same. Guest guest
Perhaps the body tensions are caused by the drugs. The ancient Vedas were written under the influence of Soma. Then they realised that they could reach the heights WITHOUT the drugs.
