This by itself can begin an activation sequence in a person. This is why the safeties are so focussed on here. Time or location on this planet doesnt matter. Kundalini is beyond much of what is understood about the dynamics of energy in our scientific society. Few scientists will regard any energy as having intellect or consciousness. Few if any will embrace the reality of the divine. Regardless of how people do or do not embrace these dynamics of the Kundalini it will still activate you where ever you are on this earth!
