Guest guest
I have been practice the 5 Tibetans for a little over a week and every time I do them, I feel queasy for the rest of the day. I know it's the 1st Tibetan. It's like y equilibrium gets a little out of balance, and throughout the rest of the day, my mind periodically beings to imagine the twisting. I did the 5 Tibetans this morning a little after waking up and I still feel queasy and it's almost time to go to bed. I've cut back from doing 21 to 15. Is this the norm when starting this exercise? Guest guest
It has been over 3+ months now and I have been at it regularly except for a day or two off in a month. Some days I am able to do all 21 but most days I could only do 14. Does one have to do all 21 every day, once they are able to get to it or let the body/mind just allow as much each day? Now a question keeps coming to me... is there a point in time things change and when they do, does it start with anything or is there a sequence of events or motion it goes through? How does it flow, if I can call that.. I notice that I am becoming more spiritually aware and read a lot of related stuff to keep my bearing/s. I do sometime feel tinglings and they perhaps last a minute to few minutes at most. At that time it feels blissful. Meditation brings lot more peace too and I feel like going at it for hours...but for work...and obligations... Love, UN
Guest guest
Hello Uday!, You have accomplished in a few months what others take many years to do. So keep at it and as for further instructions please tell me the qualities of the rest of your practice of the safeties. How is your practice of " all the safties " Uday? - blessings to you. - chrism P.S. Do all twenty one consistently Uday. This is an instruction for you specifically and not intended for others to comply with. , " uday_naik99 " <uday_naik99 wrote: > > It has been over 3+ months now
Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Thank you for your kind words! I must confess that on the emotional front I am not that regular. I do practice/sing everyday and planning to teach kids. As a service I am coaching soccer to 7-8 year olds every week for last 8 weeks. I feel I have become much more compassionate and understanding of others and forgive myself or forgive others in my mind. I have a vision to be able to help out orphan kids and hope that I will be in a position to do so in the near future. I do " feel " and " love " everything around me including so called in-animate objects. I have realized the oneness in my mind but have full faith in the supreme divine. I am also planning to attend a retreat around Thanksgiving (Ammachi - Amritanandamayi) in Contra Costa. If anyone talked to me about this and spiritual stuff before May 17th of this year I would have scorned/laughed in my mind - I never believed all this and here I am!!! But during my teen years I remember being very much interested in this and did yoga and believed in minds ability to perform feats. I lost myself sometime after that and until mid-this year. But I did learn music and did my debut on May 17th this year. I tell my wife that May 17th is my spiritual birth!! I forgot to mention something - during the 1st or 2nd week of my safeties I dreamt of king cobras (really big, black ones) behind a bush - 2 or 3 of them!! I did not pay much attention to that then.. but have a feeling that it is somehow related..don't know why. Please forgive my discourse here...By the way, I did not undergo Shaktipath that time because I had too much fear.. It seems I am somewhat less fearful now but not out of it yet. I will try to follow your instruction - I do not have to do them all in one set, right? If I can spread them over the day, I can do it. Guest guest
One set is best dear Uday. If you find that is too difficult lower the amount of repetitions. - blessings and nice going with the practice. Please work the emotional body. - lol - chrism , " uday_naik99 " <uday_naik99 wrote: >Dear Chrism, >Thank you for your kind words! >
