Good make absolutely sure you go clockwise. Please do not look at the

floor rather have you head at an even tilt looking forward. You can do

the dancers spin if you wish but I tend to merely allow the spin to be

seen in the visual sense as a blurring or a spinning of the world.

If you are brand new to this do not do all 21 reps. Start with a lower

number and work up to it. As you experience the dizzyness blend that

sensation into the next rite for a linear interplexing of the rites.

You are doing well!

Please incorporate more of a time structure for your practice as you

see fit. Please look into how " service " is as a " meditation of love "

gifted outward from yourself to those with who you interact in your

daily and nightly life.

Be open to these applications as they present themselves into your

consciousness and yes you can expect outside of your consciousness

opportunities for this to be given specifically for you. God and

Higher Self will work with us in these areas. Opportunities are given.

Learn to recognize them and then act upon them. Be careful and

discerning at the same time! - lol. - Nice going Craig! - chrism

This memory just appeared into my awareness. I remember being at

day-care when I was young, and out at the playground, I had someone

spin me on the tire swing (I'm almost sure it was clockwise) until I

threw up. I never really liked spinning after that. could that

possibly be what my mind's remembering and why it effects my equilibrium?

Namaste
