Guest guest
Since I'm new here, I was enjoying sitting back and observing. I thought, however, I should offer an observation for your consideration regarding the brain-wave entrainment discussion, since I have a few years of experience with it. First, let me endorse Chrism's observations on the use of brain-wave technology. Second, mantra's have nothing in common with brain-wave entrainment. The theory behind brain-wave entrainment calls for the use of stereo headphones or earbuds. One channel feeds (as an example) 14 hertz sound frequency into one ear, while, if the other channel feeds 10 hertz, the brain subtracts 10 from 14 and goes to the differential wave pattern, which, in this case, would be 4 hertz (delta), the deepest brainwave range where deeply hidden traumas and issues can be released for resolution, eliminating blockages to the flow of chi, or, kundalini. I can vouch for the effectiveness of the technology. Problem is, if you happen to already have an active K-condition, the entrainment technology multiplies the energy effects you are already experiencing. There also seems to be no way to predict or control the intensity of your reaction. Some people (like me), just have more issues to work on than others, so, a slower resolution of those issues is required. In my case, I was already experiencing K-symptoms which included seizures. When I started using audio brain-wave entrainment, the seizures became life threatening. I experienced full cardiac-arrest, wild fluctuations in blood-pressure, loss of consciousness, suspension of the breathing reflex, and more. If you want more info, google " brainwave entrainment induced seizures " . Mantras are not stereo. Its a single sourced sound which doesn't stress the brain like the stereo differential does, and " trick " it into a state it, and, you may not be ready for. Just my two-cents worth. Didn't plan to be this wordy on my first post, but hope it helps.
