Guest guest
Is there something to the eye lock that I'm missing? Most of the time it's very hard for me to keep my eyes locked in one position without a frame of reference, so it's easier for me to have my eyes open to do this. When my eyes are closed, there is a lot of effort to keep them up and in, many times I will open my eyes slightly to see if they are up and will notice that they are barely up. Now I can feel a connection, the triangular connection between my physical eyes and the third eye but I don't have to have my eyes up and in to feel this. I feel like putting more effort to keep my eyes up and in is just making me more frustrated. Is there a way to make this easier, less effort? Guest guest
This is not a usual way of ocular placement but it becomes so with practice. More than anything you merely need to keep practicing and aquire the muscles for the position to be natural. Keep going and do not be frustrated, this occurs for everyone. - , " kundaflame " <kundaflame wrote: >Is there something to the eye lock that I'm missing?
