Guest guest
Yes I remember the " Dalia Lama " debacle. Yikes! But you are of course correct Venugopal! That chant can do some very effective work for a person on a number of areas at the same time. Good for Kundalini imbalances as well. - blessings to you Venugopal for reminding us of this fact. , Venugopal AK <akvenugopal wrote: > > Maha Mrithyunjaya mantra (The holy mantra to overcome death
Guest guest
Dear chrism My humble pranams. Maha Mrithyunjaya Mantra is part of the Rig Veda. Some Indian scholars consider the Rig Veda to be 10,000 years old. (European historians don't agree with this).RegardsVG--- On Wed, 5/11/08, chrism <> wrote: <> Re: Diet - Venugopal Date: Wednesday, 5 November, 2008, 3:07 PM Yes I remember the "Dalia Lama" debacle. Guest guest
Venugopal; Thanks for Vajrasana info. Nobody puts on weight more easily than I. I control it with diet and 5 to 6 miles a day of fast-walking. Problem is, the combination of fast-walking and kundalini generates a lot of energy that makes it hard to sleep. I'm going to try Vajrasana right away. Peace, Craig
Guest guest
Dear Craig, In India it is the belief, that by practicing the Yoga postures, Kundalini can be awakened. There are also reported cases, where the awakening is spontaneous, the person assumes the Yogic postures automatically. Swami Mukthananda had described this, his own personal experience in the auo-biographical work, "The play of Consciousness".
