Since i have been doing the 5 tibetans my big toe has been feeling

weird. At first at felt like it needed to be popped but I couldnt pop

it so i left it alone. Then it started hurting where it bends when I

walk. I go to school for massage so i figured maybe a tendon or

something needed to be massaged. So I massaged it and then tried to pop

it AGAIN because it started having that OMG I need to pop a knuckle

felling. LOL. Still didnt pop so I massaged it more thinking maybe that

would stop it from hurting. NO! When i got up to go to the kitchen it

popped about 5 times before I got to the kitchen. It felt good and I

thought I would be fine but now this morning I can barely walk with it

as bending makes it hurt like heck. Putting on shoes hurts. My daughter

kinda nudged it a little when she came to show me something and it

hurt. Basically any pressure hurts. Ok so now to my question. Is there

any stretching excerise I could do for my toes before performing the

tibetans? I was thinking if I stretched them before all the toe bending

with certain postures maybe it would get better. If it doesnt get any

better within a few days Im going to the doctor. Also since I cant put

pressure on it will the tibetan still be effective if I dont have my

toes bent for i think it is #3.

Yes Devore,

Manually " pull " the toes all of them and manipulate them

with your hand and fingers and then do the same with your fingers. Do

the Sunrise salutation if it calls to you as this is a nice transition

into the five Tibetans. -- c
