Guest guest Posted November 6, 2008 Report Share Posted November 6, 2008 Last night when I was trying to go to sleep I had pretty blue swirls inside my vision like a kaleidoscope. This was joined by a very intense pain on the right side of my heart area that went straight through to my back. I just let it be and I had to try to sleep on my back all night, something that I don't normally do. It's gone this morning but I am slightly sore in the right arm. Adi Da (and others) say that the heart area has 3 parts, left, middle and right corresponding to the body, mind and soul and that the right part is the seat of divine consciousness and the " Amrita Nadi " . I only know about this as an intellectual understanding, never had experience with anything other than left and middle. Pain isn't necessarily a " bad " sign though right? Maybe it could mean growth?
