The Shaktipat and the Safeties

If you are interested in the Winter Solstice Shaktipat then a

practice of the safeties " daily " is required. A Shaktipat will not

be given without that practice.

The whole idea behind this is for a safe and sane introduction to

the flows of the Kundalini without going insane or committing

yourself to a hospital.

Yes you have every right to do as you wish and I do not suggest that

you do anything you do not want. I know of what I speak about

regarding the Kundalini and it is from this knowledge that I suggest

these conditionings.

My information is not from a book or a church or a TV movie or a

spiritual sect. It is from my own experiences with the Kundalini. I

was given the full spectrum course lol! From kriyas to gifts to

paranoia to pain to extreme fear to injury to joy and bliss and

ecstasy and streaming knowledge given from the divine Kundalini and

much much more. It still continues and has never stopped! As it will

for you.

I get many complaints from people who do not want to do the

safeties. They do not want to be tied to a practice. They feel they

have already gone beyond such quaint practices! " How dare you silly

little chrism suggest that I..p.p..p..prr..prra..practice?!! " - lol!

I ask this of all people who come for Shaktipat for the safety net

that it provides regarding the extreme symptoms of the Kundalini. It

isn't being given as a form of condescension. It is merely a

precaution and a conditioning agent. I have seen and experienced

unfortunate encounters with people who have not partaken of these

protocols and I feel for them as I remember that pain so well!

So I ask that you do the safeties as a way of conditioning for the

Kundalini. Not trying to change your religion or change any belief

system. I am not suggesting anything by asking a person to be

forgiving. I know that these actions translate into graces while

inside of the Kundalini. Same with Tolerance and Love and Compassion

and Joy and Patience and Honesty and Trust and Service and Truth.

Among others.

The Scatterfield is employed to apply the distance Shaktipat and

also to evaluate an individuals practice and the amount of Shaktipat

that they can safely retain. Do the practice = receive the

Shaktipat. Don't do it and it will not be given. - blessings all. -

Thank you for your care and concern.

I do as much as possible. I can only be as kind, loving, fearless and forgiving

as I can be. After a point it is forced and phony. I go into denial… " what me

angry, no no no, I don't even have any anger, I am love and kindness incarnate,

I am beyond those lower emotions. "

I must cut right down to the bone with my self inquiry and honesty. I must

expose and be willing to look at my, fear, anger, greed etc. or I will never be

able to work through them, resolve them and truly get beyond them. To do this I

must be willing to feel them and delve into them and even dwell in them for

short periods of time. I am as kind, loving, fearless and forgiving as I can

be. I work on this every day and night!

And even as I must be willing for these " lower " (not that any emotions really

are lower or higher) emotions to be exposed I MUST also do everything in my

power to cultivate loving kindness, compassion, forgiveness, caring, giving,

etc.

What a balancing act!

As for the Tibetans,

Sometimes they hurt my lower back. I do them as much as they are good for me.

Once or twice a week i don't any exercise, no yoga and no Tibetans, I give

myself a day of rest, i think that this is good. My practice is very consistent

but I do not do it every day.

If this slows down my K development what can I do…go into denial and pretend to

have no " lower " emotions, do the Tibetans every day no matter how much it hurt

until I can't move at all? I do as much as I can…Well I always feel that I can

do more. I am doing and living my life as lovingly and as " spiritually " as I

can.
