Guest guest
Chrism; Last night about midnight EST, I woke up with dry mouth, parched throat, scratchy, dry eyes, and acid reflux; classic seizure symptoms. Heart arrythmias for about an hour. This one was light. It seems that as I perform Tibetans, I develop more energy, which triggers the seizures. As energy builds, seizures become more frequent and severe. You think blockages could be causing this? I'm also doing Reiki-based visualizations which involve " seeing " the white light flowing up the central channel clearing out blockages and widening the channel. This has helped with backaches and neckaches, but, apparently doesn't affect the seizures. I'm taking GABA, Taurine, and melatonin, as seizure prevention, and had thought it was working until now. Do you know of anything else I can do? Thanks. Craig
Guest guest
You are free nto do as you wish Craigf, but I do not recommend mixing techniques within the matrix of a Kundalini awakkening. That said many of the safeties are a mix of culturally independant techniques used to bring a surrender to the awakening of the Kundalini. But it was set up by the Kundalini. I have some questions and certain concerns about reiki material. Do not force an idea of a color that is other than that which you " know " to be helpful. Do not artificially infuse the shusumna or spine. How are your meditations? How long and what is the quality of the meditation? Are you doing the meditation right ater the Tibetans? Remember Craigf. You have a flow already. There is no need to build the power or of consciously having a mind set of " more is better " The body must be given an opportunity to process what it already has. In this scenario " slow is better " giving the body the time it needs to process as it needs. There also may be residual effect from the brainwave machine but we can wait and see if that is a factor. There is a balance between wanting to awaken fully right now this instance and allowing and surrendering to the time line the Kundalini has for you. Go inward and see/feel what the dynamic is like for you. Do not be afraid of symptoms that may mimic a siezure and try not to have the idea and fear of a seizure on your mind. Surrender and pray to the divine that you are familiar with. Do not forget this aspect. Good going thus far in paying attention. I will await your responses. -

The clearing effects of those recordings is permanent, but the stimulating effects appear to fall off after a week or so of non-use. The visualization technique focus's on grounding and clearing, not stimulation. The Reiki attunement I had was Teiki Tummo, which is heart-centered, and cleared all blockages bringing great relief, but has proven to be temporary. When I finish the Tibetans, I throw in some breathing into centers, for good measure. Only 3 or 4 reps per center and only as high as throat chakra, as I can feel the effect strongly. As you have probably already discerned, Craig is a bit of an over-achiever. I probably need to back off. My ex-wife is my oldest friend, and has been fighting cancer for 3 years. It started as breast cancer that got into the lymph system, they almost killed her with chemo, then it got into her bones, they did the marrow-transplant, and now its back again. She's running out of options. In the back of my pitiful, ego-burdened brain, I've been hoping to be strong enough soon enough to send her some comfort. Probably why I've been pressing too much lately. Eehh. I'd have pressed anyway. But its a factor. Prayer is, as I've told you before, difficult for me. I pray to spirit, maybe once a day. Can push that some more. Back off the breath-into-centers, see what happens? Thanks for your help.
Guest guest
hi Craig , I think the GABA use is causing your symptoms ..Gaba users can have a tingling sensation around the face and neck. Also GABA users can notice a change in heart rate and breathing patterns, that disappear with discontinued use..also taurine is known to lower blood pressure. I have seen loads and loads of autistic kids improve their seizures how? simply by eating oily fish..If you must go to supplements get cod liver oil without the palmitate.Chia seeds are the highest food source with omega 3's , they make a tasteless gel that you can mix with your tasty food cutting the fat value in half, without changing taste. paula~ , " falkner.craig " <falkner.craig wrote: > > Chrism; > Last night about midnight EST, I woke up with dry mouth, parched throat, scratchy, dry > eyes, and acid reflux; classic seizure symptoms. Guest guest
Paula; Thanks for the input. I'm with you on the Omega 3's. I've been using flax-seed oil to avoid the fishy taste, but I'll check out chia seeds. On-line I learned that research shows people who suffer seizures have low levels of GABA and taurine in the brain tissue. The idea that supplementing the diet to compensate may help reduce seizures is only an assumption. I've not found any evidence to say one way or the other. Taurine appears to be important to the body's ability to assimilate fat-solubles efficiently. Since brain and nerve tissue have 50% more vitamin C than the rest of the body, I thought it would be important to supplement with it since K stresses those tissues so much. I take Ascorbyl Palmitate, which is the fat-soluble version of C. I'm sure the anti-oxidants are important, especially the fat-soluble ones (alpha-lipoic, too), to help the brain and nervous system, but I'm strictly guessing with GABA and taurine. For what it's worth, the blood-pressure symptoms have been on-going for about 10 years, long before I had a seizure diagnosis. If you want to know the truth, I'm not even sold on the seizure diagnosis. I think that anything that happens neurologically, that they can't explain is a seizure. Did you know there is a such thing as a psychic seizure? Google it. See, I think its just another handle they can put on something they really don't know anything about yet. Taking all this stuff isn't fun, or cheap. I may try doing without the GABA and taurine for awhile just to see. If you come up with anything else, let me know. Thanks, Craig --- On Tue, 11/11/08, alayafire <ari.reza wrote: > alayafire <ari.reza > Re: Seizures > > Tuesday, November 11, 2008, 12:26 PM > hi Craig , > I think the GABA use is causing your symptoms ..Gaba users > can have a > tingling sensation around the face and neck. Guest guest
I greatly enjoy reading your pro active research and conclusions, many of which I agree with CraigF. Yes I do ask K people to take these among others: 1000mgs of vit. C complex also containing: acerola - at least 100 mgs 100mgs rutin 100mgs citrus bioflavinols 100mgs hesperiden This with food. Omega's from fish or primrose or flax then about 400 to 800 I.U.'s of vitamin E once every other day oir twice a well sepaerated by two days. with food A mineral complex 100 mgs with food b-complex 100 every other day or once a week with food. Make sure this has niacinimide and b-12 folic acid. for men: 100 to 200 mcgs of selenium taken with 50 to 100 mgs of zinc once a day with food. If over forty and once every other day or twice a week if under forty. For women: Iron supplementation through food or vitamins every other day. If cycles are occurring. Less if not. vit D 100 mgs or more. Three times a week. calcium 100 to 500 mgs twice a week. (if not taking a mineral supplementation) Brewers yeast or 500 mgs of lecithin. There is more but I do not want to overwhelm. - blessings CraigF and all! - chrism
Guest guest
Craig found you this site, talking about kundalini and seizures. Been thinking about nitric acid too try to find something about it.. but best effects I've seen has been the oils , vit B6, with magnesium taking the magnesium through the skin in the bath as epsom salts.. seen alot of parents give gaba , taurine and it made matters worse. Also long chain fatty acids are not good, avoid oils like canola oil when cooking use olive oil. http://biologyofkundalini.com/article.php? story=TheAmmoniaHypothesis & query=seizures psychic seizure, some people think that all mystical / religious experiences are due to seizures, because visions involve bright lights etc. Myself I got bitten by a huge snake and zapped with electricity as if I got stuck to a pylon! So it depends on the mindset of the person you ask, I see mystical they see illness..who can say.. Paula~ -- In , Craig Falkner <falkner.craig wrote: > > Paula; > Thanks for the input. Guest guest
I agree with you Craig, biology of k is long winded. I sent the link as it's a good site. My separate info. isn't from that site but comes from seeing lots of autistic kids and parents and over the years them telling me their tried and tested methods..that was the best method I wrote for you . I know it's autism related but fixing seizures in autism , might fix seizures in kundalini awakening too. I know it's not the traditional script of what is usually written for seizures but that's what we discovered ... using amino acids can be tricky as when you supplement one amino acid you can throw another out of sync.. There is a lab test you can do I to test your vitamin , minerals and amino acids to see if you are actually deficient in any of these before you suppliament ..I think the lab is called great smokeys? You can get the lab test yourself from them. I live in the UK so I will need to look it up.Because you don't want to take bucket loads of supplements you might not need better to direct your money and efforts.I like kinesiology for testing too, but some don't believe in it.. Guest guest
I'm a great believer in kinesiology. I read a lot of Dr. David Hawkins, and most of what I know of it is from his writings. I had a chiropractor once who used it also, and was very effective with it. I haven't tried it myself yet, but I'm curious to try it. I appreciate your interest and advice, and respect your opinion. I am going to try doing without the GABA for awhile. See what happens. Talk to you later. Guest guest
hi craig I was prescribed GABA a few months back and had sever pain on the first night when " K " started flowing freely within me after going to sleep . The " K " started moving up my legs and the Gaba seem to be actively trying to stop this energy flow causing some spasms and pain in my shin area of my legs . Everyone has a different body chemistry and reaction to " K " and this might never happen to you but i felt to mention it . blessings Chris_H > I think the GABA use is causing your symptoms ..Gaba users can have a > tingling sensation around the face and neck.
