Hello all

Couple nights ago i was watching an video series online and halfway

through the series it felt like my brow chakra was just blown wide

open . I was just viewing the series and was not looking for any

frequency change in energy from the viewing .

I was having such a rush of energy at my brow chakra when it happen

that i went immediately to sleep. My dreams that night were beyond

imagination and i awoke the following morning with the constant

fluctuation of energy at my brow chakra . Around mid-day i started to

get a migraine headache and started to notice something very strange .

It seem like every thing i could hear and see was in slow motion .

It's been two days now and my brow chakra still seems very active .

I've tried some grounding exercises and even went out barefoot today ,

which is rare for me as i really cannot handle barefoot on the ground

.. I was going to try and eat some meat and carrots but i cannot seem

to eat , with so much energy fluctuating and causing headaches with

nausea .

I can only assume that something triggered watching these video series

.. Could this be that my energetic frequency has risen and now the

physical body is still trying to reach an an stable equilibrium ?

Maybe this is what is causing this slow motion effect that i am

perceiving ? I am surrendering and letting the energy flow as needed ,

either way if this was the right time for this to happen or if this

video caused the reaction .

If you can at all not try to control or stop this Chris I feel this

would be best. This is an opening of the Ajna center and it is a very

intense process though it doesnt have to be painful, and it will not

feel linear or as you " normally " feel or as if you " should " feel.

No control by grounding or or doing anything to interrupt the process.

Let it do as it needs to do. It will pass.

If you are experiencing the migraine it is from the fear. Completely

surrender to the process and let your fear go.

If you can call in sick for work without harming your employment do

it. If you MUST go to work let me know offlist and we can make some

adjustments if you wish. -
