Thank you for your concern,

Bill, but after 10 years of fumbling around with K without a manual or

any coaching, I feel like I have a chance now of accomplishing my

purpose. I worry about all those people who think they are here to work

their way into a corner-office job and the right golf club. But for the

grace of God, there go we.

There is nothing to worry about. They are exactly where they need to be

at. The author and intuitive Caroline Myss said something I found very

healing about that ... she said that different human beings resonate with

different chakras. First chakra people feed, house and keep the

infrastructure going. Second-chakra people make the laws and burn

themselves out chasing status symbols. The world needs these people or

they would be phased out or evolve to the next level. If they didn't

exist we wouldn't be able to get the banking and lawyering business done.

It's not our job to change them, it's our job to love them in the package

they came in. We are not at a " better " stage of life, just a

different one. There is always a next level to get to.

I still work to release judgment at times, especially when I deal with my

day-job clients (laugh) ... and remembering that they are exactly at the

right stage for them helps me let go of some of my reactions.

I thought I was saying that I am grateful to be where I am, and having access to

the help I have access to. The last ten years have been hairy for me, because I

have been driven to search for something I didn't have a map for. Consequently,

I have run into a few walls. My jobs were often part of the distraction. I can

see I could have chosen my words more wisely. Those events which have taken

financial success from me have provided me with opportunities to focus on

spiritual priorities and, in my case, have been blessings. I suppose I didn't

say it well.

As I used to say in sales meetings, " Words are weapons, be careful how you use

them " . Guess I was careless.

Your kindness and intentions are clear Craig Falkner. No worries and

your journey is inspiring to many who are sharing some of your exact

steps. We all have run into walls and words can be understood

differently by different people. I felt the qualities you intended. -

Or maybe I was having a blonde moment <g> ... oh well, if it was

not for you maybe it was for someone else. Maybe even me ;-)

Blonde moments. You have those too? Mine are more like hours.

Oh yeah, of course I do! <g> ... they don't often last for hours,

but have on occasion lasted for years ;-)
