Guest guest
The ego mind (psychological mind) will always be trying to make sense of the Kundalini experience. It will try to make connections where none exist merely to feel as if it is back in control. Ego cannot fully appreciate what is occurring and I encourage you to turn off the ego search for answers to Kundalini induced phenomena. This is part of the retraining of the ego. Not the killing of it but the retraining of it. Helping it into a more passive and observational place of discernment. This is a healthy place for the ego during the Kundalini experience as it can become so confused and can initiate and fabricate fearful situations based upon its fear of the unknown. No need to go there! Calm it by accepting that you may not be able to explain the whys and how's at this moment. Later perhaps but right now no it must be enjoyed and marveled at. Wonder and discovery can be enjoyed. Not everything needs to be explained as soon as it occurs. Let the mystery be enjoyed and thank God for the grace showering down upon you. - blessings and grace. - chrism

Guest guest
Thanks Chrism, these teachings of the ego have been invaluable to me. " This is part of the retraining of the ego. Not the killing of it but the retraining of it. Helping it into a more passive and observational place of discernment. " this I feel is what training in zen is about, and for a while I tried to kill the poor thing with gratitude Craig , " chrism " <> wrote: > > The ego mind (psychological mind) will always be trying to make > sense of the Kundalini experience. Guest guest
This is probably one of the hardest things for me it seems. I've always been into logic, always loved reading the book " the way things work " (awesome book by the way :-3, always gonna have a sweet spot for cave men and mastodons from that thing), always been having debates with my family. Always trying to figure everything out... Even now, when i try and tell my mind to relax, to keep from trying to make connections, it seems to just double it's efforts :-P! Any advice? I've been doing the five Tibetans, circular breathing, and the other safeties for a while now, and i'll be honest, sometimes i'll go a day or two without doing them, or sometimes i'll only do sets of 11, 5, or 3 of each Tibetan, but the routine of them helps so much :-3! I've slipped up once with my substance abuse :-( i'll admit that too. Though it's getting easier, and it seems like existance is helping me to stay away from it. hehe, i even forgot my lighter at my friends house, and have like, no money to buy a lighter, so i have a full pack of cigarettes and no lighter! ARGH! hehehe, guess that means i'm trying to quit :-P! I'm gonna try and keep it that way for a while, hasn't seemed to been too big of a problem yet, thank god i smoke cloves and there's hardly any nicotine in them :-P. *sigh* Last couple thins, Man it's hard to keep up with you guys some times! I try to get on my computer to check up on everything and stuff, but sometimes I'm out of the loop for days, and i get back and there's like hundreds of new posts! :-P. Guess i'm just going to have to start reading faster :-3. Oh yeah, I've showed Elektra, but if anyone else is interested in listening to some of the music i've been working on, feel free to check out my myspace http://www.myspace.com/lockedupforgood that is of course, if it's ok with that i put the link to my myspace in this email. If not, sorry! Just pretend it's not there. Music is my life, music is my way of attempting to celebrate the kundalini, hopefully with lots of hard work and growth, kundalini willing, i'll be able to spread positive energy with my work, hopefully you guys enjoy it :-), though not many people like hardstyle and dubstep, so it's totally understandable if you don't hehe :-3. Happiness, ridiculousness, and awesomeness galore! lock , " chrism " <> wrote: > > The ego mind (psychological mind) will always be trying to make > sense of the Kundalini experience.
