Asthma?

The last couple of weeks, I've experience a tightness in my lungs that has

caused some

coughing, and is accompanied by wheezing when I breathe. I've never had any kind

of asthma

in my life, but can think of nothing else to explain the symptoms. They pass

after an hour or

so. I run and walk 6 1/2 miles a day and never have breathing issues.

Another K symptom?

It probably is a K symptom.I've had that on and off for the past 2

months since I supossedly had what felt like the flu.At times I find

myself with this weird sound coming from my lungs. In spite of taking 2

different kinds of antibiotics it prevails!Yieks!

Yes Craig Falkner another Kundalini symptom. Part of the inner change

and inner releasement if the toxic feelings and emotions and those

physical representations. Try to run in a clean air area though I

think St. Augustine is good on the beach would be better if there is

an available beach.

Also a warning of air quality for the indoor areas. A mixture of

source for this can be found Craig Falkner.

I will not diagnose whether or not it is asthma as I am not an MD. But

I will say that tightness in the chest is a symptom of energetic

compression that can come with the K and does not indicate a disease

when this occurs.

As you are running so much and so far I feel your lung capacity is

excellent and that the components of the lungs are probably working

quite well or you would notice it in your running.

Kundalini is working through you and if you need to cough then cough

do not affix a condition to it other than it being part of the process

you are in. Unless external sources are found.

You may wish to consider the quality of dust and dander in the house

or living areas as well as consider the the area where this occurs

most frequently and you may be able to find a locus for the

distrubance. Isnt always a broken body but a warning from a part of

your excellent body that the environment it is in isnt helpful for

breathing. So look there as well. - blessings Craig Flakner. - chrism

Thanks for the tips, Elektra. No new sheets or clothes, and my diet is very

simple and never changes. I've never had an asthma episode in my life until a

couple of weeks ago. Took me awhile to realize what it was. I never saw a doctor

for decades until I became K-active about 10 years ago. K-symptoms have landed

me in the ER more times than I can remember. It makes sense that, like Chrism

says, this is just another K-symptom. I like apples, though, so don't mind

eating a few extra.

Peace

Craig
