Guest guest
I have been reading the posts for about a month. In that time I have seen a lot of posts about dreams. So I have been wondering what dreams, either waking or sleeping have to do with kundalini activity? It seems that some of the people posting think that dream themes indicate its activity in some way. I would like to know more about this. I have been practicing the safeties that are in the files for a while; long before joining this group because I do a lot of yoga and the safeties are sort of my lifestyle. For about a month I have been doing the 5 tibetan exercises. I started out doing 5 of each exercises for about a week. After that I started doing 21 of each. It takes me about 7 to 8 minutes in the morning to do them. I am on my third week of doing them and I feel OK. At first I was a little nauseous and during the day I felt " edgy " , but now it is comfortable. Should I try to do more of them? Finally, a lot of people have been writing about " shaktipat " . What is that? I have looked at the files that list shaktipat and it sounds nice, but I am not sure what it is. It seems desirable to many people who have written a post. This is a very nice group. blessings to you all slothmander

Guest guest
Hello Slothmander, The dream state is where many instructions from the Kundalini to the individual take place. It is there that the intelligence of the Kundalini has direct and valuable communications with a person. Symbols of the Kundalini process in the individual are seen and experienced and often there is an activity upon the physical body in conjunction with the dream. The five Tibetans can be done twice a day morning and evening. They are not to be rushed through. Eight minutes is pretty fast! Try to make them last twenty at least and pay more attention to them as you are doing them. Breathe and feel and make them count to you as an actual " Rite " . That you can do them so fast means that you can slow down so this is good! Make sure you are spinning to the right or clockwise. Shaktipat is a gift of Kundalini from a teacher with the Kundalini to a student. Here we ask that a person be in a daily practice of the safety protocols as written on the website as these will serve as a conditioning of the five expressive bodies and also release micro amounts of Kundalini into this conditioning process strengthening it. As the person practices the safeties so does the Shaktipat express within the person and they receive the gift as an increase in the Kundalini expression within them. – blessings to you Slothmander and smooth sailing! - chrism
Guest guest
I've been meaning to ask about doing the Tibetans more than once a day, but for some reason just " remembered " that more than 21x once a day could be damaging... Glad to hear that 2x is acceptable. They are really helping some of my physical tension and I would like to speed it up a little Dreams... oh so lovely! I need to stop my rationalizing mind though, had a dream where I saw 2 earths and 2 moons in the sky. My mind started trying to figure out how I could see them, and went into ideas of the moon reflecting off the earth etc. Silliness that didn't even hold up! C'mon brain... let go... -Gabriel , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello Slothmander, > The dream state is where many instructions from > the Kundalini to the individual take place.
