I don't know, I really don't, but this is my experience, and if by

posting it here it helps just one person, then thank you….

I've read both editions, one and two, Ancient Secret of the Fountain

of Youth.

The edition one here on this group in the `files' section is only 50

pages long, yet less is better, and as an ebook it is free. (The best

things in life really are free:-)

I have started the practice of the 5 rites and it has taken me a

couple of weeks to get up to 21 repetitions of each of the 5 rites.

Number 4 I found the hardest.

My conclusions are, that the books are a brilliant read, I enjoyed

them so much.

At 54 years of age, doing the first rite it is great - to be

spinning like a child again... Yipeee….. (I feel younger already:-)

The remaining rites, 2,3,4, and 5 I have realised that all of them

have an element of either stretching the neck or moving the head

backwards and forwards. This corresponds to other breathing

exercises I have done before, were you breath in and move the head

backwards breathing in and forwards while exhaling, (especially rite

3, but 2, 4 & 5 also) So as I am doing the exercises I am breathing

in through the nose, taking the energy down my spine to the base of

the spine as my head goes backwards, and exhaling as the head comes

forwards taking the energy up my spine to the head centres. By

combining the breathing with the exercise, I feel it not only brings

extra energy, but also by breath and movement together, in

synchronization, this induces a rhythm that not only makes the

exercises easier, but a 1000 times more powerful. I am also

visualizing myself 20 years younger, darker hair and slimmer.

Although it is still early days to see any physical changes :-) I

feel better already, and at times becoming slightly spontaneous in my

actions....

Thank you Colonel Bradford :-) , thank you :-) and thank you

to the group... :-)
