Selfless service to others for no other reason than doing that will

give these gifts Anne. Remember that you are an equal among equals. It

is only the ego needs that can change our personal self esteem.

Surrender those and you are no longer in that trap. - blessings to

you. We are responsible for ourselves in how we feel. Dependancy upon

others is like an addiction so go inward and release your attachments

to these feelings. Feel good behind your eyes and heart first by your

own volition. Depend on yourself first and others will feel your

Thank you Chrism. I will continue to do selfless service.

 

Oh, and you will be proud of me. After 10 years finally I deleted all

of my ex's emails from 1998. I decided that it's all in the past now

and there is no reason for me to hold on to it nor re-live it. I'm

ready to move forward.
