Guest guest Posted November 20, 2008 Report Share Posted November 20, 2008 Hi Chrism, Funny you should mention the exercises as things have changed there: When I first started the safeties I did the Tibetans during the day, 6 of each. Over the past month I find that when I wake my body 'wants' to twist and turn itself into different yogic positions. It will do this first on the bed for 10-15 mins, then I go to the bathroom and 'it' wants do do some standing up! When I have a sweep I then end up on the bathroom or bedroom floor finishing off the exercises. I am amazed at how 'it' keeps my body in certain positions for different lengths of time. I do not choose the length of time or position. So now in the evening before bed I do the Tibetans. Its odd but when my body choses a hard/awkward position I usually keep the position for longer than if I had chosen it myself? Skydancer x , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Good going Iona!
