Some of the talk about s** got me thinking…how much is too much?

If K makes me feel like dancing I will may not think about

dancing " too much " I may just dance and dance and if I feel like it,

dance some more.

I feel that it is kind of the same with S, of course there are some

real, physical, limits that are not there with dance… lol. But still

if I am in the mood then I am in the mood. If K exaggerates that

mood/energy then should I not just ride the wave?

I acknowledge that I must be careful about obsession, habit/addiction

and of course " the dark side of the force " .

If I dance too much I will be tired, have sore muscles etc. so I need

to respect my body. I feel that it is same with S. There is too

much and my bodymind will let me know if I listen. And then there is

just enough.

What do you think?

The S & xual act is very different from dancing and is not to be

understood as a way of relieving tension or partaking of an

enjoyment even though it is enjoyable. It is a sacred act with huge

ramifications. So I would merely suggest that when you have it you

begin to see it and understand it in that light.

Stay away from the addiction model and if you get there then it is

indeed too much.

I do not suggest spilling the seed i.e. m & st & rbation. It drains the

vital fluids of the male and from there the vital energies are gone.

For a man. For a woman the loss is not so severe.

So with these ideas in mind yes have s & x. But instead if mere s & x

make love and give love to another in that way with sacredness and

tenderness and witholding the s & m & n from emitting except for 2 times

in the winter, 4 times in the spring, four times in the summer, and

2 times in the fall.

For the women it is less constrained they can and will, with the

Kundalini, have a very intensive expoerience as the energy infuses

the first a second chakras.

Richard these are the guidlines I suggest. Do as you feel is best

for you!-
