Guest guest
This dream was so simple and short that I feel there might be a lot packed into it. I was waking up in the morning when I dozed off for a few seconds. Here's the dream: I'm superman flying away from something dangerous. I fly up toward outer space. I get through the atmosphere and realize that I don't need to run but I continue my journey toward the outer rims of the solar system. Then, I realize how lonely it will be to be so far away from earth and everyone. Then I wake up. Anybody know what this could mean? Guest guest
Hey Craig, Perhaps you were running from the collective unconscious of the human race? I've felt it before, and if you aren't in a very loving state it can be hard to deal with the world's " suffering " . Maybe once you cleared the atmosphere you were freed from such direct contact and realized that it wasn't really something dangerous... Then you got further away and realized why its worth it to stick around Life is boring without people, even if those people are a bit stuck on the fear and suffering bit. -Gabriel , " kundaflame " <kundaflame wrote: > > This dream was so simple and short that I feel there might be a lot > packed into it. Guest guest
you might be on to something Gabriel, it seems that I'm more and more picking up on people's negative energy and then my cells begin to resonate at that level and it makes me back away. I'm not around anyone in my immediate vicinity who is interested in (or hasn't suffered enough) waking up from the dream, from the illusion. So I do distance myself from them. Maybe it's not too healthy but don't know what else to do at the present moment. thanks Craig , " strider200142 " <gabriel wrote: > > Hey Craig, > > Perhaps you were running from the collective unconscious of the human > race? Guest guest
I have this exact same problem usually around my mother. She is usually in a very negative state, and it transfers to me so quickly its crazy. I've found the best way (and its NOT easy) is to work on maintaining your own inner calm, joyous, and loving attitude. I haven't quite found the magic bullet, but switching your thoughts for a minute to something that makes you " happy " is best, and focus on that feeling. Then hold it... If it gets to be too much, then separating yourself is just fine. Just try to work in small doses so you can develop a rock-solid joyous being -Gabriel , " kundaflame " <kundaflame wrote: > > you might be on to something Gabriel, it seems that I'm more and more > picking up on people's negative energy and then my cells begin to > resonate at that level and it makes me back away. Guest guest
I had a dream that I was on a plane about to deplane. I was shoving clothes into my suitcase. I realized as I put on my shoes that there were a pair of old worn shoes under the seat that I decided to leave behind. I didn't know who was picking me up (nor where i was). Laid awake last night with pulsations in the third eye region & all these things came to me. I remembered an incident in which I had been really mean to my mom, getting pleasure out of her anger at me. She is deceased & I started to talk to her about it and then extend forgiveness to myself. I felt a little greater space in my upper heart. i had a deeper understanding of alot of things I had done in response to what I thought was done to me. Guest guest
I've been waking up at three am and have had images of past events, a sort of reviewing my life with some healing. Then go to sleep and dream. This is my dream last night: walking up a path in the park & my legs aren't working right. my feet aren't cooperating. A friend, Dawn, takes me to a small hospital. I'm sitting in a chair and the nurse gives me a water bottle. the water bottle automatically expands and contracts to better work with your body. wonder why she gives it to me. I notice a hospital worker smoking and then a table of hospital workers all smoking. What kind of hospital is this? I wonder, and decide to leave. I'm feeling better but wonder if I should go to another hospital, one I know well (I think of one in my home town in Detroit where I grew up) Next, I'm in a yoga class. we're doing dog pose. the teacher tells me to get a block and go to the wall near the window. she tells me to put my buttocks against the wall and really lift and open my sitting bones in dog pose. a guy next to me tells me that I'm doing it and that hes been watching me for three years hoping I'd do it. any thoughts anyone? blessings, Jan
Guest guest
Three A.M. is a typical Kundalini wake up call. Put the instruction and practice of the dog pose into your daily routine. Bring more water (fruits and juices as well as pure water) and breathing into your daily routine as well. The dreams are about balancing the past with the present and this is normal. Not having Kundalini and then having it and the tasks of receiving that which can be done to gradually grasp its efforts upon your body. - blessings - chrism , " Jan " <drjandean wrote: >I've been waking up at three am

Guest guest
I'm working at a warehouse and I drink on the job. I drink on the job. They decide to fire me. one guy behind me has a bottle of rubbing alcohol. The boss (male) escorts me out. I think he might hurt me. As I think they're letting me go they tell me they're taking me to rehab to get help. There are alot of people there and I am crying saying how much love I feel. Any thoughts? (I don't drink by the way - have been in recovery 17 years) blessings, Jan
Guest guest
There are many poetic and devotional references to being drunk on Divine love. Divine love is often likened to strong wine... , " Jan " <drjandean wrote: > > I'm working at a warehouse and I drink on the job. I drink on the job. Guest guest
I had a dream two nights ago that I was in a car, in the backseat behind the passenger seat. From here, i was driving without a steering wheel or escelerator. I was with a man in the backseat with me with a steering wheel trying to control the car with it. I told him I had it under control and was driving the vehicle. Then it stopped and we realized there was a part that had to be replaced. We were trying to figure out where to get to get the part. A little difficult to manage is my s*xual energy. I have had sooo much that I feel a bit like a vampire wanting to get some blood. With it though I feel much more love flowing out. The down side of my new meditation spot are the chiggers and I found a tick on me today that hadn't attached yet. Summers in the woods in Arkansas can be a bit challenging with the insects! Guest guest
I had a dream last night. I had prayed about guidance re: taking a certain training for this body oriented work I've been doing with clients with these two potential teachers. Talking with Ann (one of the teachers) on a phone call re: focusing. She says something about whether I'm getting this intuitive feeling that its the right time. I say yes though there is a lot of noise/playing going at the house I'm at with the three children (2 girls and a boy) making it difficult to concentrate. I say just a minute (she asks if I'm at Glenn's house ((the other teacher)) and I say yes as if they are Glenn's children) and I say to the kids its time to be quiet, go and read. Then I go to check on them. The older girl (maybe 12) is big eyed when she looks up at me, she is reading to the younger girl. I ask where the boy is (he is the youngest) and they say they don't know but think in the bathroom. Then I'm outside with the older girl. We are walking to someplace - there are lots of buildings and I have the sense we are trying to find a particular one. There is a Tower and I say why haven't you shown me the tower before, are you going to take me up in it? Any thoughts are always appreciated. Guest guest
Hey Chrism, You were in a dream of mine last night. You gave me specific instructions to do something. It wasn't the Tibetans but was some physical practice. Can't for the life of me retrieve it now. Glad you're back online. There was an email embedded somewhere in the past but will my request again my desire to participate in the autumn shaktipat. I am practicing the safeties. I am not practicing the Tibetans.
