Guest guest
Hello John yes the question I think was specifically about vitamins. But diet is also a good subject and I am glad you mention it. The main rule I espouse to people on the Kundalini path is to learn to separate your ego wants and desires from the Kundalini requiremenents that can come from the Shakti directly to the person as a need or a desire for a certain food. We are all different and have different needs when it comes to the dynamics of what the physical system needs regarding food. There is no one better bthat the Kundalini Shakti to tell a person what there own personal requirements are. The Kundalini Shakti will give a person the desire to consume food that is best suited to their personal requirements and I do suggest those nutritional intuitions be followed. Whether it is meat or vegetables or fruits or a certaincombination or faste one must pay attention to what the Shakti is suggesting they eat. Always be diligent in this task as nthe nutritional needs will change. -
Guest guest
Well I do have an ego problem in that i do not wish to differentiate what is good for the k and which is not. Then again on the otherhand first of all we need to relise everything is all in all towards the scheme of things. What we do now leads us forward to am event. Karma in some instances is defined as meaning love, though this love thing is as a double edged sword and in some cases we are dambed if we do and dammed if we dont. A wise man once said it is not what goes into the mouth it is what comes out that defiles you. There are plenty of substances to take to encourage so called spiritual exsperiencs though how shallow they proove to be. Just keep on giving me a nod wink or a smile evan a kick every now and then and i will be happy.
