Guest guest Posted November 25, 2008 Report Share Posted November 25, 2008 Here's my high cholesterol version of chocolate mousse, which works well when I get a craving for either desert or for fat: Cocoa powder, heavy cream, your favorite sweetener, all done in the blender or with a hand mixer until it's whipped. I found a source of raw organic coca powder. I buy it by the 5lb. bag. I put about 2 tablespoons in my cereal in the morning. Or sometimes a tbs. in a glass of juice…wow, nice. It is one of the highest foods in antioxidants in the world!
