I was reviewing the safeties. I have not been able to do the

compression prayer. It seems quite silly to me. Maybe if I understand

what it is for that would help??

One other question. what is the difference between forgiveness and

recapitulation? Is it that the second involved reviewing past life

events and forgiving/asking forgiveness as necessary?

Blessings!

Hello Sharon,

Silly? Well ok. It is a balanced

invitation /conditioning/pranic fusion with the divine of our own

natures and with those that are of the divine within the experience

and expression of the Kundalini experience.

It is a compressed devotional form of Prana Yama.

Reacapitulations are a form of past to present time balancing of past

to present issues of hurtful interaction with other people and the

self. This releases grudges and emotional blockages gradually and

effectively if done frequently and sincerely.

Forgiveness is the over arching theme and goal for the recapitulation.

A recapitulation doesnt balance the present time encounters as much as

it does the past. But it does offer behavior modification for the

forgiveness in the every day present living of life as a new model for

expression and interaction with others and self. - Hope this brings it

to another level for you Sharon, though if it is silly enough you may

atleast get a laugh out of it! - blessings. - chrism
