Dear Chrism.

I haven't felt in touch and I didn't practice the safeties for two weeks after the accident. I did the alternate nostril breating. The last week besides the yoga classes that I teach I started meditating and I'm doing my kriya's. I get reflexology for my leg and I'm massaging it for better flow of energy and stimulation of the meridians / energy channels for healing.

The surrender aspect has been really important to me and that's what I have been meditating about. In a lot of ways this plays an important role at this moment, I mean by meditating but also by talking with friends about it and letting go of certain emotions and forgiving. Patience is an important aspect and my meditations are about being in the hear and now. What I start to feel now is that I've been taken care of and that we really are one and the same with the universal energy.

About the food, I haven't been eating watermelon, so today I bought it. And I eat more sugar than I supposed to and larger portions of food.

At this moment I feel that I'm starting again but I enjoy this feeling that I know well.

Hello Shama,

Good I feel your moving into a more Kundalini expressive

area. The quantity of your food may be Kundalini or injury inspired so

feel for this and let that guide you. Cut way back on the artificial

sugars if not completely. Nice going with the meditations keep that up

and increase if possible. The Kriyas can be stopped. Your choice. Not

everyone has Kryas though many do. My Kriya phase passed quickly.

 

Artificial Kriyas for the use of an increased flow of Kundalini I do

not recommnend. Having is different than wanting and it is dangerous

and unwise to " force " the issue.

 

Good going with the forgiveness Shama. Really try to make the positive

love based behavioral changes permanent. -
