This is actually " normal " for Shakti Martin! - lol.

The big friendly cats you just got to love em! I like what I see in

your phase. I love what I see growing and unfolding in you! Just like

Sarah! She is contagious in her bliss and her JOY! So are your waves

already washing upon a shore of divinity. LOVE, love, and oh Im sorry

but did I mention love? lol!

No sleep for the loved inside of a divine embrace Martin. Your sleep

is in the surrender to the Joy blossoming within you. Your breath is

the breath of God and your dreams are of a bridge being constructed

from the seven sacred seals within to the thousand seals above and

into the heavenly fields all around you. Isnt it a great time to be

alive? - chrism

Martin my sleep habits and experiences have been quite all over the place lately as well. A lot, a little... and Shakti seems to like getting me up at 4am, lol.

The other night I didn't exactly sleep and I thought I was gonna burn up! Sat up at 4am (:P), thought I should do a yogic healing chant and had this visual of the recipient surrounded by the white/gold light and chakras lit up like white beacons. It "cooled" me off a bit. So much energy it was like being out of my head feverish, but wasn't, lol! Just call me Pikachu... electric mouse, lol! Body such a wreck after that episode. But now I am good and still zinging along over here. :D

Also thank you for the delicious watermelon pictures Chrism. :D

Hi Sarah. We seem to have a lot in common at the moment. I also had

the uncontrollable laughing experience last week. The thing that set

me off wasn't really that funny but once I started I couldn't stop. I

had to go to town and everytime I thought of it I started laughing

again. I had some very funny looks from people on the street :-).

It felt as though I wasn't really laughing at the funny situation but

just needed to release the emotion. I felt great afterwards.

I have had similar experiences with other emotions also. Occasions

when I may feel anger or anxiety when I have nothing to be angry or

anxious about and as soon as I recognise the emotion it dissipates.

Chrism is right, it's an exciting time be be alive.

Many blessings

Martin

Hah it seems that we do have a lot in common here, Martin. What set me off wasn't particularly funny either. It was like the universe is a giant joke and I suddenly got it! :D I laughed so hard my stomach was in knots!

My free associations are a bit wild today, but it's like I finally loosened up enough to join the silly dance party that I never knew was going on before because I was just too frozen up and scared to notice it! lol!

Its so lovely that you are both on a similar wavelength right now, to be able to share this together, what a blessing this group is, to have a brother or sister right there beside you makes it all the more beautiful a journey.I'm enjoying your butterfly colours, bless uelektra x x x
