Guest guest
Hello Jan and welcome! The Kundalini can cause a heat related rash and this is transient it will pass as long as it isn't scratched or treated in some way that prolongs its expression. It can itch and look like acne. Stopping the spicy foods is an excellent start. I will also suggest that you eat as much watermelon as you can. This has the ability to mitigate many of the Kundalini related heat and organ expansion symptoms. Also if you can refrain from alcohol - drinking it and including swabbing the area with alcohol (Isopropyl) this will help. Caffeine and artificial sugars and flours as well as high fructose corn syrups. Please have a look at these safeties for Kundalini for more protocols in achieving a balance inside of the expressive Kundalini. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html Blessings and welcome again! - chrism
Guest guest
Thanks for your warm welcome and the suggestions, I don't drink alcohol but do caffeine so will work on that. And thanks for the information on the kriyas. i was up most of the night fluttering and having read the safeties last night, was going from fear to surrender. I start doubting that its a K experience and that I'm denying some terrible disease. As for the watermelon, may be hard to come by in the south during the winter months but will look. Guest guest
Some stores will ship watermelon North from Chile. There are also frozen watermelon fruits bars (seeds included!) lol. There is watermelon juice. I am in California and I do see these items on the shelf so if you make it a priority I think you may find something but it depends much on where you live Jan. I have not found aything that can do what watermelon does. My kidneys went back to the normal size in about a day after I used the watermelon It was simply amazing to me. Let the flutterring proceed and reverse your conscious feelings about them. They are a very good sign of the Kundalini transformation being experienced by the body. The body is designed to have the Kundalini do this so it is a natural activity and the body knows what to do. It is merely the consciousness that is unsure about what to do with the mystery of this event. We are ignorant in our society about this Jan so no worries! You are blessed in so many ways that I cannot even list them. Surrender completely to everything that is given. From the Kriyas to the temperature changes to the visions and the intense love. Laughter and crying are merely releases of this love nothing is wrong or sad. Let me now what all of your symptoms are and we can craft a nourishing response to your specific situation that will in no way impede your Kundalini expression. - blessings Jan. - chrism
Guest guest
Hi Jan, When my kriyas started up it was full body in bed at night, shivering as though I was out in a snow storm with no clothes on. Really try to surrender and it's not bad, but if you fight it then it can get painful. Guest guest
Thanks for your encouragement. Besides the fluttering, intermittent sleep difficulties and temperature fluctuations, i've had some anxiety/hyper feelings which sometimes gets intense around people, particularly groups. A while ago, I had some sensitivity to foods, environmental smells, etc. and lost some weight (I'm pretty small anyway). This is getting better but still would like to weigh a bit more. I've started eating organic beef periodically and fish & quit gluten and feeling better. Mostly my problems have been physical, some congestion in my heart and throat area that comes and goes, when not congested, fluttering. Had alot of irritability and sadness but this is leveling out. Been getting out in nature daily for walks which helps. I love nature. No visions but powerful dreams. I had been teaching/practicing Iyengar yoga before my full blown K started and after trying to maintain these for a few months, I'm no longer teaching and practice very light movement now. I like the dancing most. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Blessings, Jan , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Some stores will ship watermelon North from Chile. Guest guest
Thanks Sarita for your thoughts. I've had a few shivery times but mostly heat. I am working on surrendering (thats an oxymoron I realize but it isn't my modus operandi). A control freak with a kundalini awakening. its been an interesting process. I feel more and more humbled.
