Dream of animus/shiva figure playing an instrument

I thought I would share one of my dreams I've recently had:

I had a dream that my ex boyfriend, whom I love dearly from the

southern states, came to visit me. He laid down on his stomach in

the bath tub of my parents house on the second floor and told me to

be careful with what I was about to perform on him. I told him that

I would be gentle and then ran my fingers from the base of his spine

to his head as if I was running the kundalini up his spine. After I

did this I felt a desire to move on to something that was going on

downstairs. I walked down to a room that I like to call " the piano

room " where I used to always play music. There sitting was an East

Indian man whom I've never met making some unusual string

instrument. I stood there wondering what kind of instrument it was;

it wasn't a sitar, it wasn't a guitar, it wasn't a zither, but it

was like a combination of them all and yet something totally new and

different. When he finished making it, the instrument looked as if

it would be impossible to play or work, it seriously looked

impossible for one to make it work, but when he played it the music

on it it was just out of this world, so brilliant and beautiful. He

played a song, and then handed the instrument to me and told me to

play the song he just played. I looked at the instrument for a bit

as if I didn't figure I could play it but then I started playing the

exact same song and the music just filled the room with such bliss.

I then woke up.

This dream must be my animus of shiva sending out new and creative

information for me to play and share. The dream is interesting

because it shows the lesson that one must take the chance to go

beyond the limits of things or to try to play something new even

though the ego states its impossible. The dream also shows that when

one lets go of these limits, goes beyond the lines of reason, and

anima/animus meet or shakti/shiva meet to 'play with the same

instrument'; the instruments creative and new sounds would radiate

out what is perceived to be an endless spiral of bliss that shakti

and shiva would ride as one within for all eternity.

*much love to all*
