Hi Sarita, Jan:

I never realized that these really cold times were kriyas.

When they first started i must have gone under half a dozen

blankets trying to get warm. And like you Jan i thought this

was some kind of a virus/disease.

My apologies if the way I worded my post caused some confusion. The K does cause extremes of cold where you can't get warm, but that is not what kriyas are. When I said I sometimes experience full body kriyas, I meant that my body shivers as though I am cold, but I am not cold. It was more a means of explaining what the experience was like for me.

Hi Sarita:

 

Thanks for clarifying. I thoroughly enjoyed reading

the webpage you suggested. I experienced kriya

movements also. Especially in a shoulder that

was injured.
