Guest guest
Hi Sarita, Jan: I never realized that these really cold times were kriyas. When they first started i must have gone under half a dozen blankets trying to get warm. And like you Jan i thought this was some kind of a virus/disease. Thanks so much for the info. Guest guest
My apologies if the way I worded my post caused some confusion. The K does cause extremes of cold where you can't get warm, but that is not what kriyas are. When I said I sometimes experience full body kriyas, I meant that my body shivers as though I am cold, but I am not cold. It was more a means of explaining what the experience was like for me. Here is a link to the description of kriyas from the KAS1 website: http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/kundalini-kriyas.html Sarita , "sun9.moon" <sun9.moon wrote:>> Hi Sarita, Jan:> I never realized that these really cold times were kriyas.> When they first started i must have gone under half a dozen> blankets trying to get warm. Guest guest
Hi Sarita: Thanks for clarifying. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the webpage you suggested. I experienced kriya movements also. Especially in a shoulder that was injured. Moon , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > > My apologies if the way I worded my post caused some confusion.
