Guest guest
I went back and re-read the safeties. I didn't fast for 3 days. Should I do this now? Also, I don't practice them daily yet. Most things I start seem to take me awhile to get them to be in habit form. Is this OK or will I mess my ebb and flow up? Another question: About forgiveness. I was writing in a journal about who has harmed me and vise versa. I'm concerned about bringing these issues back up. I know there is some residue left and I haven't 100% forgiven, everyone and still working on it. I'm feeling ambivalent about bringing it up now in order to completely forgive. If I bring these issues back up to resolve them will this cause some fear? If so, I will deal with it. But I'm just wondering if I should expect fear if I do bring certain issues up. Guest guest
Yes fear may come but that is typically resolved when the forgiveness is sincere. Do not worry about this Tammy but do initiate the forgiveness. Let it come at a steady pace for you. Take it as much as you can sincerely do. Let it be sincere and revisit it over and over to get it done if needed. Takes much energy to hold onto resentments towards others and ourselves so let this energy be released and sometimes in one attempt it may only release partially and gradually. So a revisit and a continuing of release is often needed. No worries Tammy get these into na daily practice by doing them everyday. You know how this develops for you so take the initiative and let you balancing begin! - blessongs and love to you Tammy. - chrism
