Guest guest
First, welcome Tammy and all the other recent new ones to the group. I know this cold from the inside has been mentioned a little before but not really expanded on much. I didn't know it was one of the first symptoms. I experienced this type of cold for several years before even taking up meditation, so that would mean it wasn't the meditation that caused me to activate. So that would also mean my activation begain several years before the electric sensations and heat began. I actually did get a doctor to check my thyroid and I took medication for it for a few months even though the tests showed I was only borderline hypo. I could not tolerate the medicene for very long and stopped taking it. Most days during that period my temperture would only be 96.something. Sometimes it would only read 95.something. I was so cold to the bone those years, I wore sweaters and jackets even in the hot summertime. Chrism is there a food one can eat when they are going through this cold period that would help with warming up? I know I craved a lot of hot picante sauce during that time. Now, if I eat just mild picante sauce the top of my head will start tingling instantly, sometimes even before I get a bite taken. LOL! If you want to experience heat and tingling, just try it.
