Hello!!

in the tibetans it says " Doing more than 21 repetitions of each

exercise in any day will affect your

chakras negatively and can create imbalances in your body "

exaple: let's say that i do the tibetans 3 times a day then i'll have

to do 7 repetitions everytime to reach 21 maximun a day? or i can do

them 3 times a day with 21 repetitions and reach 63 repetitions a day?

is there gonna be a problem?

Just do them once a day to start. All twenty one at one time period.

There is no benefit in forcing to much speed and rapidity into your

process. Not until you are engaging a flow already. Its the endocrine

system that will take the pressure so be kind and gentle with it as

they are hard to come by. How are the rest of the safeties going for

you? - blessings to you! - chrism

I try to make them a habit, i meam when i'm driving and someone comes

into my way i try to stay calm not get nervous and if i become i'm

trying to send back good energy and i ask for forgiveness from that

person for the bad energy that i sent him with my toughts.. :)

Generaly i'm trying to transform my self to a better person when i

consciously understand that i do something wrong.Ok i don't do the

safeties one by one like a program but i think i cover most of them

one way or another in a way that it becomes a normal proccess during

the day. Now there's something else i want to tell you, i don't know

if this is an excuse for not doing the safeties right but it's what i

feel. Everyone has his issues/problems/weaknesses and i hoped that

from this experience mine would come out in a better way so that i can

transform them with the extra force i'm gonna gain..but i know that

in order to gain that force i must work too.
