You are doing well. Its a matter of retraining the conscious behaviors

that will indeed begin to effect the inner self. So yes! Keep going

and expand into as many of the safeties as you can. This will serve as

a conditoning agent for your awakening. So do these emotinal and

behavioral modifications in tandem with the five Tibetans. This much

for now is sufficient. Nice going kalaslight. -
