Dharma question

Depends upon what branch or belief aspet of Buddhism one is grounded

in. Dharma is often referred to as " teachings " . And yet it can expand

into the " teachings " of how one walks the Holy path inside of the four

noble truths.

 

Kundalini is a teaching and a transformation and a new expression. It

is a big step. A blending into far more than the physical five sense

reality into a much larger one. -

Hi and All,

Buddhism offers a set of tools for the mind - Kundalini brings (tries to) bring us " home " to our true nature - still have free will - but somehow we have got this far (despite ourselves!!!!! ;-) As has written in the safeties - take your time going in - Buddhist monks train for years to enter the stream that is life - us guys & gals just get a knee in the back and we are in flow - use the safeties to manage the current.

 

- my take on it - is that reality cannot be

integrated into our physical here and now. Our here and now is our

stories, our hopes and ambitions, our beliefs, reality is in front of

us, we let the world fall away to embrace reality, no stories, no

anything that could possibly hamper who we are, who we are to become,

the wholeness. When we leave it all behind, dreams, hopes and

ambitions, we hear everything, we know everything (not in the bulls*it

kind of way) but in a real way for where we are. We meet people and we

" know " their life, what their cares are and are humbled by the

experience and are moved by compassion to make " their " world a little
