Guest guest
So, I'm going for the finish line at midnight, do most pig out at 12:01 or go another 8 hours (sleep) and come off the fast for breakfast? Does it matter? Love, Bill PS. Sorry Bradly, sad to report I'm not pregnant although I'm trying :^)
Guest guest
The first time I fasted I started at 3am and when I broke the fast it was at 3am, 3 days later. I regretted it as I went to bed an hour or so later and had tummy ache all night! I would wait till morning and then eat something light, toast maybe or porridge. What ever you do, dont overload your stomach or like me you will pay the price. Come off the fast with a very light meal, something easy to digest. However this is also very individual. I used to do a 21 day fast every year and come off it with a feast/pig out, usually at one of my favorite restaurants. Everyone thought I was crazy and that I would get sick…I never did. However my advice to others is…come off slow with a simple little meal, wait at least 3 hours before eating again. rich > The first time I fasted I started at 3am and when I broke the fast it > was at 3am, 3 days later. Guest guest
Personally, by the time the fast is over, I know exactly what is available to eat when my fast is finished... I wait until I wake up in the morning after going to bed. But I might wake up for only 30 min or so at 6 am to munch on something healthy. I think most would recommend not to 'pig' out Bill but to put the food back in your system a little more slowly! be well, bradly > So, I'm going for the finish line at midnight, do most pig out at 12:01 or go another 8 hours (sleep) and come off the fast for breakfast?
