Is it too late?

I was wondering is it too late to still be in the Winter Solstice

Shaktipat? I have been following the safeties still. Never stopped

that. I havent been doing the Tibetians because I was in a car accident

Monday and although I know I should I just havent felt up to it. As of

now my stomach is still hurting from the accident. My car was totalled

but I think I'm alright. The doc said I have multiple contusions but I

still need to get more tests done. I havent been around lately I had to

take time to get myself together. I think I'm doing pretty good from

that break down. I've learned to accept what has and will be thrown at

me. I only take it one day at a time. I'm dealing and thats the good

thing. (now if i could only get that rental car like RIGHT NOW, LOL.

j/k) Seriously though, with that been said I do still want to be

included if its not too late.

I think that if you have been in an accident and do not feel like doing yoga I would say its probably because you need to rest, do not rush yourself or feel guilty.Get yourself together and let your energy return.Much loveelektra x x x

You can absolutely do that if you believe you can. I can manifest an

empty parking space in a crowded lot in no time
