Guest guest
That's a good question, Rich, I'm glad you asked it. I also work with flower remedies and herbs. In the past few weeks, it seems like doing the Tibetians, honoring the Safeties, and acknowleding the kundalini in general has not only enhanced the properties of the medicines, but also brought underlying emotional/spiritual roots of physical symptoms to the surface, both in dreams and thought-revelations. What's the word on engaging in other spiritual healing/evolutionary work during the time of the scatterfield and shaktipat? I look forward to guidance from someone who's been consciously working with the kundalini longer than I Also...I've been experiencing this numb feeling on the left side of my head/face, left shoulder blade, and left breast (!) all day...I recall reading something on the site about such symptoms but was wondering if anyone else had experienced such feelings. Guest guest
Qi Gung is fine to do and also flower remedies are ok, I just think that other specific techniques are not needed as Kundalini will give you everything you need. Infact, you will find nothing but the kundalini and the odd fasting is really needed for your complete healing. love elektra x x x > Should I do my Chi Gung? > Chi Gung does work with energy and does send it in specific > directions. Guest guest
Hello Ia, I think that flower remedies are fine, they are so gentle, but the more you get in to the kundalini the more you realise that SHE gives you all you need. Kundalini is the Doctor, the Healer, the Teacher, the Mother and the Father.. You will come to trust HER and HER wisdom. You really only need listen to the K within, no herbs are really nessecary , healthy food choices and water yes, but medicine and herbs, not really but they will not damage your journey. Its not that they are not wonderful merely more a fact of Kundalini being so complete in its ability to transform that they are no longer needed. Numbness is totally natural. Hope this helps love elektra x x x
