Huge cats and owls

This is a long post but its about this dream I had.

 

Last night/this morning I had this dream about cats and owls. I was

in a child hood neighborhood around the area i used to live. Im

always dreaming of this house I used to live in. Everytime something

is trying to get me. First it started I was in the house and the

windows were open. To me it felt like the house wasnt secure. Like

anyone could see inside or come in. So I was trying to close the

windows and the curtains so no one could get or see inside. There was

also huge cats outside that I didnt want to let in. They did try to

get in through the kitchen window though. People were looking inside

too. I mean standing at the window and staring in. I went outside and

my bestfriend was trying to break of the windows and I asked her what

she was doing and she told me trying to get in. So I said no dont do

it that way, walk around the back with me and we can both go in. We

went in the house and I finished locking it up. Scene changes...we're

outside in the backyard but theres a playground. There are a few

males outside too. So I decided to run to the monkey but thought to

myself if I run then the cats will come over here. I stopped and a

evil cat jumped on my left hand and started scratching at me. Then

this other cat a good cat jumped on my right hand and wouldnt let go.

It wasnt scratching me but it seemed like it was afraid to let go of

me. When I finally got them off me and my bestfriend ran in the house

and ran upstairs. I went to the window and these boys a bunch of them

were climbing up the house to come in the window. I started kicking

at them telling them they wasnt getting in and I almost fell out the

window. My friend pulled me back. The boys mothers came around the

side the house and made them leave. Then my mom came home. Me and my

friend started looking through the things upstairs and I thought

about my brother how much he liked to sleep up there. I found an old

answering machine and some cd's. I remember seeing or hearing a owl.

I dont remember when although I know there was a owl in this dream.

 

What do you think this means? Cats and owls....i wonder why I always

dream of my childhood home when things are after me. Maybe because

its on my turf. I always win. Home always wins, right?
