Fasting Q for

I asked this when you were on your trip. This is a re-post.

 

This is a question regarding fasting. After I return from the SF bay area on the

26th, I want to

do the 3 day fast. I take medication for my thyroid every morning before

breakfast. Should I

call my doctor to see if I can stop for 3 days or can I go ahead and have the

medication

anyway. let me know at your convenience.

 

Also, once your holiday schedule is finalized for next week, let me know if I

can drive up to

see you and I can plan accordingly.

I do not recommend the faste for you at this time Krish. I do

recommend a more permanent practice of the safeties in your life.

Kundalini will change the dynamics of the endocrine system but until

this takes place I will suggest that a continued approach to the

thyroid issue be taken as the Md has suggested.

 

Please take note of the preparations Dhyana has graciously posted for

the Shaktipat. Please do these preps and please do not feel the need

to hurry into an activation. This will occur for you anyway and is

indeed why you are here.

 

Yes the day after Christmas I will be in Santa Rosa. If you wish to

Thank you! I will not plan on the fast and I will continue my 5Ts and pranayama

and

meditation.
