Guest guest
Chrism, in our personal correspondence you said something I wondered about ....what do you mean by condition your five body expressions? I have been practicing the safeties and doing the forgiveness practice has been interesting. People from my past I hadn't thought about popped up in my mind to extend forgiveness to that surprised me. For example, when I was 14, a man in a store pressed up against me. I saw him vividly and extended him forgiveness. I extended my mom forgiveness for not handling this well. And I extended myself forgiveness for holding on to all this so long. I wept with great release the other night. It was beautiful. I have been having afternoon chills lately. I feel it in the back of my heart area. Not sure its really cold but shivery sensations. Also, a little dizzy at times. Any thoughts on this? I imagine its all part of this journey. Grateful for this list and the support offered here. Blessings, Jan
Guest guest
Hello Jan, Yes the five bodies are those expressions that comprise and entire genotype or individuated function of expression. They are: Physical body Emotional body Psychological body (ego) Mental body Spiritual body These bodies will require certain balances and definite surrenders during the Kundalini process. Your shivers and coldness are due to the Shakti or sacred feminine aspect of the Kundalini. These will be transient throughout the body. They can move with rapidity or feel as if they are stuck. Sometimes it will get hot as well. No worries they are doing what needs to be done for the area they are expressing in. Nice going with the forgiving! As you continue, more and more people in your life will get in line for the forgivenesses. As you see this and experience this the gifts of gratitude for these forgiving opportunities may sweep into your emotional body. Tears and sobs of a type of bliss can often be felt and it is indeed beautiful. Gratitude is a strong component of love. Please continue Jan in these processes and balancings. These are the conditioning factors that allow the Kundalini unfettered access and a painless physical infusion and transformation. Dizzyness is normal decreased heart rate, decreased respirations, sometimes a bit of a reality warp can be experienced. Follow your intuitions regarding meditations and prayers and diet. Nice going Jan and thank you for the biography! - blessings and brilliance. - chrism
