my chest hurts

Chrism, I'm getting quite concerned. I have this knot-like painful feeling in

the middle of my chest, but lower like at the base of my ribcage. It feels

heavy and I am breathing more shallow than normal. I have to force a big inhale

from time to time which helps. It's a dull constant pain dead center. Is this

the heart plexus? It's on about that level, maybe a little bit lower than where

I think my heart is lol.

 

Don't get me wrong, I don't feel I need an emergency room or am having a heart

attack or anything close. But I've never felt this before.
