Guest guest
Most of the symptoms will feel unlike anything you have ever experienced Bill. Not to say they will all be dramatic body busters merely that you will have limited reference for what occurs. So do not let the strangeness cause you concern. Control your natural fears of the unknown. It is normal and natural to have sensations of pressure or of knots at various locations. Let these serve as communications for you on where your forgiveness and attentions can be directed. This is not something to fear or to seek immediate eradication of. This is a sign that you are indeed responding physically to the Shaktipat. Often shortness of breath or absence of breath can be experienced as well as a lowered heart rate, some slight dizziness, pressures at the base of the spine or emotional issues coming forth for balances. There are too many manifestations of a Shaktipat to name. Be rest assured that as you are inside of the Shaktipat that it is indeed working upon you and give you're thanks to your savior. Surrender completely to his loving service upon and within you and trust the process that is occurring. - blessings Bill. - chrism , Bill <astronutski wrote: > > Chrism, I'm getting quite concerned.
